Ingredients
  

  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. Greek yogurt

Method
 

  1. Preheat griddle to as hot as you can get it (ours went up to 400°)
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Form dough into a large ball.
  4. Lightly flour work surface.
  5. Divide dough into 16 pieces.
  6. Roll out each portion.
  7. Place dough on hot griddle or skillet and cook for 3 minutes, before flipping and cooking an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Repeat with the remaining dough until all are done.
  9. If desired, brush top with melted butter.
  10. Enjoy!
