Method
- Preheat griddle to as hot as you can get it (ours went up to 400°)
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Form dough into a large ball.
- Lightly flour work surface.
- Divide dough into 16 pieces.
- Roll out each portion.
- Place dough on hot griddle or skillet and cook for 3 minutes, before flipping and cooking an additional 2 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining dough until all are done.
- If desired, brush top with melted butter.
- Enjoy!
