In a small bowl, combine the oregano, basil, parsley, thyme, paprika, salt and pepper. Set aside.
In the Instant Pot, add the ground beef and turn on the sauté setting. Cook and stir until beef is fully cooked.
Remove the beef to a bowl and set aside.
Add 1 cup of beef broth to the Instant Pot and scrape the bottom of the pot to get up all the bits.
Add a layer of potatoes, a layer of ground beef, a layer of cheese and sprinkle with a teaspoon of the seasoning. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
Pour the remaining 1/2 cup of beef broth over the top, then secure the lid, making sure the vent is turned to sealed.
Cook on manual on high pressure for 15 minutes.
When done, quick release the steam and serve.
