Cheddar Sausage Breakfast Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 slices bread your choice
  • 12 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. ground sausage browned
  • 2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Butter a 13x9 pan.
  2. Trim crusts off on bread and butter one side.
  3. Put bread butter side down in pan.
  4. Mix eggs, milk and soup.
  5. Pour over bread.
  6. Sprinkle sausage and cheese over top.
  7. Refrigerate overnight.
The next morning:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Take casserole out of fridge to sit on counter while oven preheats.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes.
